At one time or another, we have all questioned whether as educators we have a "right" to any and all of the educational resources we discover. Here are some resource links to help you decide.
A major copyright bill was signed into law by President Bush on November 2, 2002. It includes changes in the conditions on which educational institutions may use copyright protected materials in distance education (websites and other digital means) without permission from the copyright owner and without payment of royalties.
