Continue Maus I reading with previewing lesson—includes saying something about the jacket, front and end matter, making predictions, asking questions, listing something they are looking forward to, and noting vocabulary words.

Begin lesson on cartoon frames, half class with pictures deleted, half with script deleted, fill in and then switch—see templates attached. Discuss why it is necessary to have both visuals and script.  End with rereading page 35 in book.
