Lotus Notes client issues

Security Rights permissions may need to be changed on the Lotus folder, contents and the "names.nsf" and "user_name.id" file.

Sometimes it is easier to just backup the ID file and names.nsf file, remove Notes and re-install. 
1.  Use Control Panel for "Add/Remove Programs"
2.  Delete the "Lotus" folder from the C:\ drive
3.  Delete the "notes.ini" or "lotus.ini" from C:\WINNT folder.
4.  Re-install Notes R5 application.
