Read 180 and FASTT Math Enterprise Edition Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities for the upkeep and use of Read 180 and FASTT Math Enterprise products hosted on the district servers. 

Technology Department Duties

• Make sure the servers are online, running, and backed up.
• Import school, staff, student, and roster data from campus into the servers at the beginning of the school year
• Manage licensing
• Assist building technical contacts with the following
• Provide technical training
• Assist technicians with locating information on technical issues.
• Provide assistance with undocumented technical issues
• Provide installation documentation.

School Obligations and Duties

• Designate a point person(s) as a building level tech contact (s).
• Install workstation clients configure related applications.
• Send teachers student usernames and passwords when requested.
• Assist staff where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot issues with use of the products.
• Contact the Technology Service Desk with issue related to the network and servers.
