I further understand that any violation of the policies above is unethical and may constitute a violation of law. Should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked, school disciplinary action may be taken, and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.

Because the student may use the Internet on a computer network for individual work or in the context of another class, I cannot be held responsible for the student use of the Internet.
