- Create word documents, spreadsheets, or presentations and access from any computer with an Internet connection
- Share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with group members and teachers
- Track changes to the original document
- Multiple people can work on the same document / presentation at the same time from different locations
- Presentations -- PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Presentations

- Collect resources -- post assignments, links to electronic resources
- Collect information - create forms to collect information / data for student projects
- Communicate with parents and the community
