Create a list of each month's student birthdays by using the Census by Birthdate report.
- Open Census, then open Reports.
- Select Census by Birthdate report.
- In the "Start Date" field, enter today's date.
- In the "select a month to print" field, select the birthday month you wish to see (December = 12).
- Generate Report.

Printing SPPS Reports
Use Internet Explorer--not Firefox--when printing reports from the custom SPPS Reports. These reports do not work in Firefox. |
Grading Curves--Setup Tips
Most problems with teacher Gradebook stem from incorrectly set up curves. Be sure that:
- your curve has a unique name (no two curves should have identical names).
- you do not repeat a Score (A, B, C, etc.)
- you do not repeat a MinPercent.
- Your bottom (last) curve item MUST be:
- Score = N
- MinPercent = 0.
- Delete any extra lines in your curve. (Verify this by looking at your curve again after you have created and saved it.)

Gradebook--Problems
Check your curve if you encounter these common gradebook problems:
- Curve does not calculate correctly in Gradebook.
- Gradebook reports do not appear.
