    Create Grading Curve on Macintosh

Problem:  Make grading curve items align on a Macintosh computer:

Solution 1:  Use Firefox rather than Internet Explorer.

Solution 2:  If using Internet Explorer,

      • Before typing in any curve Score or Min Percent, continue to click the Add curveList Item button until you see the list item aligning correctly on the left margin.
      • Begin entering Score and Min Percent, adding a line for each item.
      • Save.
      • Once saved, click on the new curve, and delete all blank lines, then save again.

    Print Student Schedule After Drop

Problem:  When printing a schedule for a student whose classes were dropped and then placed back into the student's schedule, the printed schedule sometimes appears as "empty" in all restored classes.

Solution:  To print a schedule when this happens, click on "Table - Group by Course (All Terms)" and, from the drop-list, select "Table - Group by Day (Term Sem1)" (or Term Tri2, etc.).  This will give you the student's schedule for the current term. (Note: On a Macintosh, in order to see the drop-down menu of print and view options, you will need to use Firefox browser.)
