State Database Project Wellstone Steps to completing this project. 1. Download this zip file to each computer that will be used by students for collecting research data. You will only need to use one of the included files: States5 or States6, depending on which version of AppleWorks you are using. Only the oldest computers will use 5. 2. Guide students to complete their research using http://go.grolier.com The database file gives hints in the stars to where the different data can be found at Grolier. 3. Arrange a time and direct students to enter data into database. Students should leave their files in the State Project folder or a network dropbox of some sort. 4. Insert all individual database data into one database file.. 5. Distribute collected database file to student computers. 6. Lead students in activity to use and interpret data. |
