TimelinerWhat is Timeliner?
- TimeLiner is a graphic time line program that helps you and your students tackle challenging content and concepts by visually organizing information on a time line or number line.
- Good for representing any non-time based information that is linear. (ex: feet, $, how to's)
- The program puts everything in chronologial order and figures out the proper spacing.
What will Timeliner accomplish?
TimeLiner helps students:
- Understand the concepts of time and chronology
- Use number lines to compare time, size, weight, distance, and temperature
- Illustrate differences in measurement systems such as Fahrenheit/Celsius, meters yards, and fractions/decimals
- Record data points from science experiments
- Sequence plot events in literature to create a summary or examine cause and effect
