Service Desk Information


The Information Technology Service Desk is your single point of contact and the way to access all services IT provides to SPPS staff.

The IT Service Desk uses a ticketing system to intiate, track, and escalate (if neccessary) all IT service work for Saint Paul Schools.  This system allows us to maintain a high level of quality service for our customers.  Tickets are worked on by Service Desk technicians using remote access, Field Service technicians in schools and other district buildings, and subject matter experts when tickets require escalation.

password: your regular computer log in password
