- Zooming (Apple Menu > System Preferences > Universal Access. Then, switch the Zoom preference to On. To zoom the screen from now on, hold the Apple key and press the "+" or "-" key)

- To switch between operating systems, hold down the "Option" key when you are starting the computer. Keep holding down the key until the two hard drive icons appear.

- To set Windows as your default operating system, go to "System Preferences" on the Mac side. Click "Start Up Disk" and select the PC side.
- Two-fingered click for a right click. Hold the touch pad with two fingers and click with the side of your thumb.
- Printer and Lotus Notes set up: See your building tech.
- To set up your computer for use with an LCD projector, click the blue tray icon in the lower right corner of your screen. (The pop up title is Intel (R) Graphics Media). Then follow the path Graphic Options > Output to > Intel (R) Dual Display Clone > Notebook + Monitor. Note: your projector must be turned on and connected to see these options.
- Re-image if needed. Don't use the CDs in the box to "fix" your computer.
